i didn't say that we agreed who would be better in 3 or 4 years but that klay has more value than barnes does right now, which you clearly restated.

You think we have enough assets to really be a championship contender? Keep in mind we'll only have 20 mil cap space with 6 guys in the fold for 2014...Being 40 mil under the luxury tax threshold is very different from being 40 mil under the actual cap. I suppose we have Bird Rights to Bogut, but there's no guarantee we want to keep him considering his injury history. So basically 6 guys take up 35 mil, and we only have 20 mil to sign free agents outside of our team. Perhaps a sign and trade may be possible...any way I see it we have to get rid of Lee.

Lee for Gordon/Biyombo

Do we need to add anything to that?

Then

Klay/Jefferson/XXXX for Love? Not sure what we need to add there..........

Steph/Jack
Rush/Gordon/Jack
Barnes/Rush
Love/Biyombo
Bogut/Ezeli/Biedrins

Sexy team.

I don't want Love. We knock Lee's defense, but Love isn't much better if at all. In the MIT Sloan sports Conference, Love was ranked 48th out of 50 players that were evaluated in post defense.

Love is a better defender than Lee and a significantly better offensive player and rebounder. Huge upgrade.

I don't think Love's "better" defense is that significant.

Lee's a much better passer though. But Love's rebounding has more impact. At least he boxes out.

Maybe there is something to be made with Milwaukee. Lee would fit well next to their other bigs who are offensively limited and gives them an allstar.

Lee + Draymond +2015 pick for Ilyasova, Henson, Moute.

Ilyasova started out the year slow but has really turned it on lately after Skiles left. We get a stretch 4 can rebound and is a better defender than Lee, a backup big in Henson and solid perimeter defender in Moute.

Let Landry walk and bring back Jack and we are improved team with better assets. Ilyasova has a longer contract than Lee but is young and should benefit from having a much more talented surrounding cast on offense than he has on the Bucks.

No way Hammond does that. After the Harris trade/fiasco, he knows he'd be lynched if he traded Henson for anything less than a superstar

Completely disagree that Love is significantly better defensively and I don't think he is that much of an upgrade offensively either.

Aldridge and Bosh are the kind of PFs we need. I don't see the Warriors going anywhere with Love manning the 4 and the 5, just like with Lee. You will still need a solid defensive center with Love and I'm not sold on Bogut's health.

Hammond would be dumb enough to do Lee for Ersan and Udoh IMO. That would make the Warriors sexy as hell.

Obviously Henson would be nicer to have than Udoh, but I would totally take either deal for Lee. Besides, the Bucks already have a long, skinny, athletic, lower skilled big in Sanders. Why have both? You can't really play both at the same time.

I think Hammond would possibly do it. Depends on how much faith they have in Ilyasova, but they have no consistent offensive players in their front court. Pairing Lee with Sanders Udoh works and gets them out of Ilyasova's longer contract.

Udoh is definitely more acquirable than Henson, but in that case I wouldn't throw in a future 1st.

With Bosh this team can go to the WCF and contend. I'm not even joking. Bosh has every tool as an offensive player, and a Curry/Bosh PNR would be unstoppable as Bosh is the best mid range shooter and Lee misses too many. Not to mention Bosh plays defense as well.

As for the Milwaukee deal, ill do it easily. It's time for GSW to feast on poor FOs like teams were doing to them before.

I'd happily take both Bosh and Udoh next year. Might give up some pts in the paint. But you wouldn't be able to guard the pick and roll. Curry hits the J everytime

Bosh would be acquired in the 2014 offseason. But I agree oaklandwarriors, he's basically Lee with a better jumper and much better D. He is getting older, but bigs tend to age better than wings, so that's why he would be my pick over Wade or another wing.

Wouldn't go near Wade now. He's ageing like a 2 yr old opened carton of semi skimmed banana flavored milk.
