"life is like a grapefruit.

it's sort of orangey-yellow and dimpled on the outside, wet and squidgy in the middle.

it's got pips inside, too - oh, and some people have half a one for breakfast."

I always suspect Hermes of being a drug lord from from Iowa and then
moved his influences to Minessota.

We should call him Heisenberg.

My trap, the lower one, hurts really bad from lifting. Been in so much pain the past two days. :(

speaking of weight lifting, I got back to the gym yesterday after a month of cardio from basketball. on my last set doing dumbbell presses, my left side (not sure if arm, pecs, or shoulder) gave because of fatigue and the dumbbell almost fell on my face. was able to lean my head to the right and it fell on the left side of my upper chest. good thing I got some meat in there.

whoa! 5555!

I think it's a pinched nerve in that area due to shoulder instability.

I once had a pinched nerve in my lower back after pushing too hard on the deadlift. It took like 10 seconds to stand straight every time I got up from a chair.

Ibuprofen and rest for a week!

Alternate between heat and Cold and it should heal that sucker.

Heat pad 20 minutes, cold path twenty minutes. Repeat for an hour every day.

I once had a pinched nerve in my lower back, for at least 5 years.
