Randle, Parker, Walker, both Harrison twins, probably James Young, Kasey Hill, Gordon, Selden, Dakari Johnson...

Wiggins, Parker, Randle, Gordon, Andrew Harrison would be 5 of the top 7 picks if not the entire top 5, but I'm not sure if anyone else cracks the lotto
