Now all the Wizards have to do is blow it.

Was Guggliotta originally drafted by the Bullets? Trying to do this the right way.

Gheorge Muresan?

What was the question?

Confusing, but initially what other franchise player other than Wall led the Wizards in scoring in his first three seasons?

Then Buckhantz said it was 'What rookie led the team in scoring in each of his first three seasons?'

That is confusing. I still don't know what the question is. How can a rookie lead the team in scoring for 3 seasons. He is only a rookie for one season.

If the question is, what was the last rookie drafted by the Wizards to lead the Wizards in scoring in his first three seasons, the answer definitely isn't Muresan. Did we draft Ruland? What about Jeff Malone?

Wow. Wall is sucking again tonight. Kind of a bummer to see him finish out the season with two stinkers. His shooting form is starting to fall apart.

Except French players don't play soft. I wouldn't consider Pietrus and Turiaf soft—they were two of the toughest players in the NBA during their heyday. Tony Parker isn't soft...if he were, Pop would have gotten rid of him years ago. Gelabale and Batum also are not soft.

Seraphin is in a class of his own...has nothing to do with him being French. That's absurd.

He looks worn down. Probably a bit demoralized after losing five of our top six players.

Ted's interview is inspiring some confidence. He seems to have a good grasp of what the team needs with nene and resigning martell.

It could only be better if he said he'd fire Ernie.

LOL, Ted is on the broadcast. I think its a forgone conclusion that Webster is resigned. The organization has put out via sources they want him back and Leonsis just basically said it they they want to resign him. He also said they want to make John a part of the team for a long long time.

Hey, could they buy out say Singleton and spread it out over 2 or 3 years so its no big deal ?

Its would be like 600K over 3 years. That no big deal.

Free up a roster spot and unclog the PF spot to make room for a stretch 4

He's stating the obvious. But that's good, because we'd have to be idiots to not want to do those two things.

Unless Ted is willing to use the bi-annual exception (assuming he uses the MLE on Martell), then FA won't be an option for us.

still think the way wall ended the season leaves a very debatable discussion whether he deserves a max contract or whether we should just let him play until the deadline next season before making a decision.

I have nightmares that Wall gets traded away and the franchise collapses.
