Not that scared of the Bulls.

They are an untalented team with excellent coaching and team defense. If Deron Williams goes off, they have no answer because we have too many offensive weapons.

I was skeptical at first but Nets in 6.

The Bulls are an untalented team that just so happened to have beat the Nets 3 out of 4 games this season.

 not that scared? I'm shaking in my **** ing boots. I applaud your confidence, and I hope you're right and I'm wrong, but I don't see this ending well if we can't get anything from our PF/SF spots, Lopez doesn't bring 110%, and we can't get some decent bench play from Blatche/Watson/Hump

Still, I cannot lie. I am afraid for this team, but I am also PUMPED :D

GO NETS!!!

This will not be an easy series. Also Deron williams AND brook lopez BOTH went off last game, a game they didnt have noah, and we still lost, on our own floor.

This is a winnable series, but it wont be a cake walk by any imagination.

Game 1 is huge, we need the momentum and confidence

We need Game 1 and Game 2.

That TOR game was supposed to be treated like a playoff game since we were trying to get to the 3 seed. Everyone said they didn't want to rest until they were mathematically eliminated from the 3rd spot.

Immediately after saying that they dogged the next game. D-Will was the only guy to show up and even he wasn't that good in the first half. Brook started off horrible, but he was able to score some points when D-Will force fed him and kept running PnR. JJ was practically lost the entire game. His last 2 airballs just summed his effort for the entire night.

If that TOR game was our first playoff-like effort, we're not in for a very difficult battle. I hope that game was just a mulligan and not indicative of how we're going to react to real pressure.

CHI has been through this numerous times and if there is any coach in the league that will hound his players to make sure they don't quit, it would be Thibs. If and when CHI punches us first, I wanna see us punch back.

This is going to be a tough series. I would have preferred to play Atlanta, but not exactly scared of the Bulls. If we limit our turnovers which is a big IF, I think we have a great chance of winning the series. I'm just so ecstatic to finally see our Nets in the playoffs again, after a bunch of embarrassing and losing seasons. I kind of forgot what it's like to see the Nets in the playoffs. I'll be there for game 1.

This will probably be the closest series in the Eastern Conference playoffs. I expect a long one (probably at least 6 games) and I'm not sure who will come out on top. I think talent-wise the two teams are very similar but the Bulls have the big coaching advantage. Deron is the one player for both teams that has the ability to take over the game single handed though. This is going to be a good series.

I'm realllllllllllllly hoping Gerald Wallace gets his act together, his confidence up and starts attacking the basket with force. If we really want to be a top team he can't make us a 4 on 5 offensive team, he needs to be going to the basket and getting to the FT line piling up fouls on the bulls bigmen.

Noah won't be 100% and will play limited minutes. Taj is hurt too.

It won't be easy but we really should win this in 5-6.

We have 3 go-to scorers while the Bulls have 0.

Deron is going to beast in the playoffs like he always does.

I was a bit worried about this match up at first, but I think we can pull this off in 5 games or less. The Noah/Lopez match up should be intense...given that brook doesnt go "Mr. Softee" on us.

So what do you guys think the minute distribution should be?

Deron/Joe will play no less than 40 mpg.

We better see Lopez/Blatche together

CJ/Deron/Joe/Wallace/Bogans/Evans/Hump/Blatche/Lopez

9 man rotation

you got all these clown analyst saying the bulls are gonna win over some ridiculous justifications. stephen a smith is another clown who claims hes not a homer then all of a sudden starts sucking off the knicks, in the predictions he has the nerve to say playing slowed down half court is the nets weakness. lmaoooo are you serious? has this clown even watch the nets during the season to even know that thats their strongest suit. i swear i think these idiots base this teams qualities out of the 2 games they only watch. dont worry this team will shock alot of people.

There is a possiblity Noah doesn't start in Game 1. His foot is that bad.

I kinda hope that doesn't happen.

We should win this game and series. We are the favorites. The coaching disparity worries me and so does our lack of a second perimeter player. But we have the best player in the series, maybe the two best. If we get the DWill that we've been seeing, I am confident we come away with the series win.

Re: Rotation.

It should be 8 primarily with Hump as the 9th, only if he's playing well. If he isn't effective, pull him and go 8. Need to utilize Blatche/Lopez more.

I would say we lose this series had DWill not become a superstar again.
