Franks rotations were sketch and the players had stopped responding to him, but he came into a bad situation and I actually liked him.

I'm ok with this move. Stucky went backwards and Jerebko was ready to be moved for a bag of chips. Singler was overused, Max was WAY overused, Drummond was underused and Knight did not progress. I here Jackson wants to get back into the NBA.. I'd offer him $10mm/yr. He can Charlotte to be respectable.. Just saying!!

Phil wants to be given total reins - Gores being an LA guy would probably be open to that, but Jackson **** on the city of Detroit and isn't about to move to Detroit. He's hoping for the eventual Supersonic gig I think. Besides he doesn't want to coach from what I've read, though he'd probably just hire Brian Shaw to be his HC.

I don't think that was a pure Frank move. I think Joe had a hand in that. I don't blame Frank for wanting to leave or the Pistons firing him. We don't have good management. I think this unfortunately buys Joe D one more year, .
