I'm not saying you're making him kill himself. He's put himself in this situation. What I'm saying is that if I was a terrorist and I know that if they get me alive they're going to kill me FOR SURE, then there's no way that I don't try to blow myself up and kill as many people as I can. The law is literally putting more people in risk.

It's not easy to find one person in a city. They will find him eventually, just hope there are no more victims before and when they find him
