If they make it a federal crime, yes he can get the death penalty.

So basically, you're giving the guy no chance of turning himself in and pretty much making him blow himself up. Around others, if we're unlucky. Terrible laws. One of those things I can't believe are still part of North America.

With or without the death penalty, this nut is not going to turn himself in. Come on now.

Yeah thats a pretty simplistic view of things though. Not that you dont have a point but you really cant say we're making him blow himself up. Think about things logically for a sec. These people are evil

"Cooked" gave it away. What a sicko, goes to show education means nothing. If you have no soul, you have nothing.

Also, just an update in Cambridge, I briefly went on the street. No one is out. Everywhere is shut down. Pretty eerie, the only noise is birds chirping.

Maybe not, but under these circumstances there's absolutely no chance he'll turn in, that's for sure. Only way they get him alive now is if they knock him unconscious before he can kill himself.

I'm not saying you're making him kill himself. He's put himself in this situation. What I'm saying is that if I was a terrorist and I know that if they get me alive they're going to kill me FOR SURE, then there's no way that I don't try to blow myself up and kill as many people as I can. The law is literally putting more people in risk.

If he was going to kill himself why was he in such a hurry to get away to run over his own brother? It's a possibility, but I think it's far more likely there's a showdown.

Are we to believe that he's still in Watertown or what? Lost track of this for a little while not up to speed.

Video of the kids father via sattelite in Russia. As any parent would, he claims they are innocent.

It's not easy to find one person in a city. They will find him eventually, just hope there are no more victims before and when they find him

He's stupid, if they are innocent, why is he still hiding and why were they throwing bombs out the window of the car?
