Cannot lose this game.

We need to keep feeding Lopez the ball. They literally have NO ONE to stop him right now.

Also, no more minutes for Stack.

I am expecting a win, but it will probably be a closer game.

I cannot wait for this game. So pumped.

We need to come out with the same intensity in game 2, and we'll be fine. They can't guard D-Will or Lopez...the games that they had in game 1 are the types of games that they should consistently put up in this series, because the Bulls literally don't have the personnel to keep up with them.

Oh, and FWIW...pretty sure I was constantly pointing out how the Bulls' lack of a half court offense will be a major problem for them that we can exploit, and pretty sure I pointed out that it was the main reason why I wasn't scared to play them and why I thought we would beat them in a series.

Was at the game last night and saw the rerun on ESPN and I must say this was probably the best game they have played this year and if im wrong someone correct me but it just felt that way. They completely dominated and never slowed down from beginning to the end. At the same time Bulls were playing some sloppy ball so I do expect them to bounce back quickly but if this is the playoff team we will see by the Nets then I can't wait to face the Heat but I will not get ahead of myself still not a Wallace believer but had a great game. Joe Johnson was quiet all game and I had no problem with it I like that sometimes he can be a 1st/2nd/and 3rd option and it can work

We need to come out with the same "Kill'em" attitude we had in Game One for sure. I don't think we can expect to blow them out that much again but if we keep playing with that same drive I think this one will end with the Nets winning by double digits.

Game 2 will really test our mental fortitude.

It would be so easy for our guys to think that the series is in the bag after the first game, but there have been plenty of teams who've been blownout in Game 1 and came back to win Game 2.

We cannot go into CHI 1-1.

I certainly believe that we can win one game in Chicago, but going up to 2-0 in (hopefully) dominant fashion should hopefully send a message to everyone that we're serious.

"We’ve got to come back and play better than we played last night," Bogans said. "It’s going to be hard, but we can definitely do it."

"The first one is easy," Deron Williams said before practice at the PNY Center. "You are ready for it. You are excited, the fans are excited. So, this one is going to be the one to get to see where we are at. We have to have that same energy and play with that same pace we did in Game 1 in Game 2."

We will see if they can walk the talk. These comments remind me of what they said before the Raptor game. So, we will find out forreal here.

Wouldn't it be lovely if they always played that commited? We could give just about anyone a run for their money if the team played like their lives depended on it. Maybe some sort of incentive plan wherein we kidnap the people related to current Nets players and release them once they hoist a championship banner.

If we bury the Bulls tomorrow I honestly think we will take this in 4 or 5.

Certainly can't help but agree with the sentiment in the 1st sentence.

But home-court means that you should win most games but not necessarily all.
I've always thought that it takes more mental fortitude when you've dropped serve to win it back.
But that's just me...

You know what? After watching the game again then seeing the Clippers after, it showed me how much of an idiot Avery Johnson really was.

The big difference wasn't Wallace making shots or Deron making shots, the difference was PACE and poesssion.

Deron's health is obviously a big part of it but we didn't walk it up, call out garbage ass plays, Iso Brook, Iso Joe, Iso Deron. You cannot do that against opponents that scout you in a regular season not even OKC does it with great Iso players. Avery's system is pure garbage.

You witnessed the Deron system featuring Avery's plays. Same exact way Paul runs the Clippers using VDN's 2k playbook.

Deron pushed the pace down the Bulls throats off makes and misses
-Pick and rolls with Brook everytime down
-Wallace cutting on the weakside prevented the Bulls from doubling Brook
-Whenever a post big man got into a crowd from the Bulls D, he kicked it out to Gerald who swings it to Deron who swings it to Joe for a in rhythm catch and shoot three.
-When Deron went to the bench, Joe went into his Atlanta mode, when Lopez was on the floor and Deron/Joe were resting, Brook got the ball in the post.

All of it led by Deron. It's simple. Design a vision for the elite PG with your rotations and simple concepts and let him make it happen. This idiot, Avery wanted his vision to overrule Deron's ablity to create as an elite visionary guard.

You saw what a Top 5 Pace vs 29th Pace offense looks like. Our tempo was Denver esque which translates to extra baskets and wearing down your opponents legs in halfcourt defense where you can now exploit post ups and isolation scorers way easier.

Better late than ever but we could have seriously won 10 more games at that pace and high energy and it was seen in the game against Indiana when we ripped up their D also. Thank God PJ and the staff are just showcasing it for his own job or else we would be screwed.

This is going to be a tough game. I expect the Bulls to focus on Brook early and often. They will try to make Brook pass out of doubles and try to cause turnovers to start their offense. Joe has to be an aggressor early on In this game and knock down some shots early. The fact of the matter is, as long as 2 of the Nets' big 3 (Dwill, Johnson, and Lopez) get off to a good start, it'll be easier to open up the offense and get (or keep) Brook involved. Lopez is the key to this series. Deron makes us go, but Lopez keeps us going.

Gerald Wallace has to keep up his intensity. I don't expect him to score as much but as long as he keeps Deng honest on defense, the Nets should have a good chance to go up 2-0.

This is going to be a tough battle tonight. Chicago will come out focused and ready to play after that embarrassing loss on Saturday. I'm hoping we can maintain the same intensity, I'm talking about Crash in particular. Lets go Nets!

I just want a repeat performance of game 1 domination.

edit: And Tom Thibodeau is not going to let his team play like that again. That kind of worries me.
