I'm not sure if I should open the Hakeem thread just yet since people seemed to be "stuck" on Duncan (or overlooked him, or were busy, in which case no rush).
Yes, it's a good amount of work to crystalize opinions like this. Of course, it's a good amount of work to argue back and forth about history in the same threads too...perhaps we need more gamification.

TBH I've just been waiting for a few more participants. I'll try to get around to posting my ballot tomorrow afternoon.
But in his home dwelling...the hi-top faded warrior is revered. *Smack!* The sound of his palm blocking the basketball... the sound of thousands rising, roaring... the sound of "get that sugar honey iced tea outta here!"

No rush on any of these -- I imagine these threads will be works in progress for a while before a substantial amount of regulars give their input. You guys are taking the jump first and that's awesome.

Re: Survey Project: Tim Duncan by season
He was slightly better offensively in 2002 while being roughly level defensively. Whether or not he won the title doesn't really matter to me, though the 2 seasons are pretty close.
