I suck at GM but have my "REALISTIC" favorites who I'd love to see on this team. I'd also like to assess value for our tradable assets.
Favorites:
PG: Jack/Billups
SG: Allen/Oladipo
SF: Iggy
C: Kaman/B. Wallace
Team:
Jack/Bynum
Allen/Oladipo
Iggy/Middleton
Moose/??
Dre/Kaman
I think the above team is a team we can win with. The players I'd like to know what fair market value would be the following:
1) CV: He should actually have some value because he is an expiring but for who or what?
2) Stuck: I think he is very talented but lazy and just needs a coach who can get into his head a little bit. With the right surroundings he could really thrive. Unfortunately, I don't think it's with Det. He too should have value. He is not only priced right but he is also expiring.
3) Singler: VERY CHEAP.. I like his talent but he isn't great and his upside very limited. He is a great role player could be traded for a mid-late 1st round pick
4) Knight: Probably has the most value on this team. If we want to win now then he needs to go through an incredible growth spurt. What could we get for him??

Re: Fair market value & plan
The problem with assessing value on a player, is that trades are very rarely of equal value.
I'll just tier the trade values for the current roster, which is nothing more than my opinion.
1st Tier {Greg Monroe, Andre Drummond}- these are the players you can use in a trade to land a superstar
2nd Tier {Brandon Knight, Jose Calderon}- Players with known skill and ability. Most value to teams who want to add a contributing piece that can help them now. Most value they could get is potentially a draft pick, or reclamation project.
3rd Tier {Rodney Stuckey, Will Bynum, Kyle Singer, Kris Middleton, Jerebko}- Their value lies more in their cheap contracts, or being a salary dump. They can all play, but none of them are going to move the needle much.
Villanueva Tier {Everyone Else}- the stuff in the toilet that won't flush down. No value beyond whatever their contract is worth and how soon it expires. These players won't help your team win, if anything, having them on the floor is an asset to the opposing team.

Charlie is at least a sizable expiring now, which finally elevates his contract to an asset as opposed to an albatross. Also, Bynum and Calderon are no longer under contract, so they're not in play here. There's always the potential for a sign and trade, but I don't see that happening with them.

I edited it to reflect your correction. Also, it's spelled "spade". Good day, sir.

Jack is realistic and should command only about MLE which is Ideal.
Billups is only worth the Vets Minimum. Anything more and you basically paying for a player who may end up on the bench most of the time. He is about retirement age.
Allen: We already tried Allen Iverson, so do you really want to go that route again. Just joking. Would love Tony Allen more than any other player you mentioned. If he would play for $6-7 mil per year or less, I would consider it. Otherwise, make a trade for Afflalo.
Oladipo would be a nice pick if makes it to 7th or 8th.
Iggy is overpaid and aging. Unless he signs for $8mil per or less on a 3 year deal, I see no need.
Kaman would be a nice backup for around the MLE. He has shown in Dallas that he is about done as a starter.
Ben Wallace is most likely done, but would be a nice Vets Min backup.
