First of all this is my first trade prospal and I am Warriors fan but I don't like David Lee because of his terrible defense which is really important from PF spot, so GSW in off-season make a three way trade.
GSW: out D. Lee in: P. Milsap (sign and trade 3 years 10 per 3rd year player option) and E. Udoh
MLW: out E.Udoh, B. Jennings in: D. Lee
UTA: out P. Milsap in B. Jennings ( 3/33-36)
GSW does this because they need upgrade in defense which both Milsap and Udoh provides. Milsap isn't a scorer that Lee is but he is more than decent, is good playmaker, hustler and can spread the floor. Udoh comes back home as 3rd big of the bench backing up both 4/5 positions. He is very valuable team player who runs the floor well, alters shot, boxes out etc. GSW assumes that Landry is opting out and don't resign him, which leaves money for J. Jack
MLW does this because they always are in win now mode. They upgrade their PF spot with Lee, sliding Ersan to SF, back up PF, if it isn't working they trade him which shouldn't be very hard to do. They let Jennings go by not matching Jazz offer sheet which is part of deal. Bucks roll with Ellis and Redick as their starting PG and SG.
Utah Gets something for Milsap. As they have alot of capspace and need PG, they make heavily front loaded offer sheet which helps them getting closer to minimum cap level. Jennings doesn't make them play-off team and Jazz go for high draft pick in loaded 2014 draft with set PG, SG, PF and C positions.
There could be some second round draft picks being involved, but I'm not sure which side benefits the most.
So how does this looks?
