2013 NFL Draft - Round 2 Discussion

Love the Jones pick.

Lots of talent remaining, hope these QBs start coming off the board here.

Wish we were picking a tad higher. Would not be shocked to see a trade up for Cyprien?

Ertz, Allen, Lacy, Jenkins, Amerson are all guys I wouldn't mind seeing us take.

Collins was 55 in my last mock & my prediction. But I'd also be delighted with
Cyprien
Hankins - set the DL completely for years
JWilliams
Da'rick rogers

to a lesser degree
ertz
lacy

I wish Arthur Brown was more prototypical for our team, because I love his game. He is just one of those guys that flies off the screen every time I watch him.

Honestly do not mind who we take. SO many good players left, which we had 2 2s.

If we took Lacy I might fap, doubt it though.

My guess is Quinton Patton or Swearinger.

Would love to see Collins in the 2nd as well. I would love to see McDonald in the 3rd.

DB, on a scale of one to ten... how happy would you be if Justin Hunter ended up a Packer? :P

Hunter with Rodgers and MM? I'd be pretty thrilled.

I was on his wagon until yesterday...I dont know...seems kinda raw. Patton seems more polished and NFL ready IMO.

The biggest needs now seem to be OL, S, and RB.

Cyprien or Wilcox or Bernard in round 2?

B Jones or Quesenberry in round 3?

OLB, WR, CB, TE depth/competition on Saturday.

I'd be happy with Justin Hunter in the 2nd, no doubt, but I'd prefer Rogers. Lots of good WRs out there yet. 3rd round, I'd start thinking about RBs (unless Lacy is somehow there in the 2nd).

I'd be extremely disappointed if we ended up with Ball in the 2nd. I don't see any way TT takes him there.

There are a ton of defensive players I still want over offensive guys at this point. Maybe that's just me though... and maybe they are all off of the board by the time we pick.

I think many of those guys will be there in the 3rd, maybe the 4th.

This is why I wish we would have traded down. IMO, the def and off rookie of the year will be drafted somewhere in the 2nd-3rd round.
