Bobcats get: Greg Monroe, Jonas Jerebko

Draft one of Olidipo, Porter, Smart, Muhammad, McLemore

Enter FA with ~ $38 Mil in FA cash. Sign Dwight & Josh Smith to deals starting ~$17 mil each, that leaves about $5 mil left over for a backup PG like Livingston, Augustin, Chauncey, Bayless, Patty Mills or Maynor.

All jokes aside. but I do have some critique for the OP.

First, trading Monroe, JJ to the Bobcats ? I have a feeling you're inlove with MKG just because hes a top 2 pick. No question the guy has motor and tenacity, but what else can he do? Why trade our 2nd best asset for him when we are in reach of the Oladipos, and the Porters in this years draft? And which pick exactly are you trying to get back? This trade doesn't make any sense. :argue:

Second, FA. Dwight and Josh to close max deals. Having those 2 guys is like growing a cancer and a tumor. I dont understand why you want to get rid of Monroe for these 2. Sure, theyre great players, but as I've tried to say, they are going to be a burden with the mentality those 2 have.

Third, roster. I really have no idea how you will win games with this team. Even I have doubts you can get to the playoffs with this roster in 2k13.

If blondes, Jews, and Italians were being beaten up and ostracized all the time throughout the country because they were blondes/Jew/Italians, I would say yeah you might want to stay away from joking about them in public.

I'm sure some or all of your gay friends could roll with that joke and lots of other jokes in private, and it'd be an excessive response if people were super offended by it, but you're still getting a cheap thrill out of something that's tough for a lot of people.

Also, the fact that the punchline was just, 'Jason Collins is gay,' shows that this is in a different category than blondes etc jokes. Punchlines are always about some aspect/feature commonly associated with such groups that is exaggerated for the joke; no joke's punchline is 'women give birth to babies,' or 'many Italians come from Sicily.' But for you it's funny simply that gay people are gay, which shows how far we are from really being accepting of homosexuality and letting people know we're actually cool with the way they are and won't make them constantly aware of the fact that they're in a minority.

Yes, gays are bashed and trashed simply for being how they are... but making jokes that state Jews are tight with money or have big noses is the same thing IMO

Blonde jokes usually are about how "dumb" the blonde is - so the jokes about them generally paint all blondes with the same brush. How is that "better" than making light of the fact someone is gay? Or in this case using several players names to make a joke?

Jokes are made at other people's expense all the time. Arguing that one way is less offensive than the other is splitting hairs.

IMO: if YOU are offended by gay jokes - or any joke ever told then YOU should be ashamed of yourself!

IF you want to be offended get offended over:

Why governments (state/federal) won't allow gays to be legally married. Why do they want to legally marry? So when their partner dies or is seriously impaired they have the legal rights of a hetro partner! THAT IS WHY!

In the eyes of the law if 2 guys are gay and have been together for 20 years and one dies his partner isn't legally entitled to anything! The family of the guy that died can take it to court - and win the estate! Same for lesbians!

Don't you guys have wives or girlfriends that watch Ellen?

Something else to be offended about (and a personal favourite of mine) is: why people starve to death! Or why a select few members of the world's population have billions of dollars while people are starving to death!

Do we not have enough food on the planet to feed these people? Why is it impossible to provide food for people in the "third" world? I don't understand how Red Bull - RED BULL! - can put a man into the outer atmosphere but companies or governments can't get food to starving people!

Virgin airlines are booking flights to outer space yet they can't send some food to Africa? WTF?

How are our priorities so skewed! Forget gay jokes or blonde jokes or any joke... if that is enough to make you offended then surely you are outraged about people starving to death.... or do you not think of it?
