It appears to me the Maloofs haven't said anything since the board recommendation came out. (The Rueters story was before the BOG meeting) That is scary but I am taking it as a good sign. Grant was on Radio last night with a guarantee the Maloofs will not fight the decision and sell.
The Maloofs are like that friend who is fun but takes it too far. I do not want to imagine a Maloofless team until it happens. That family is Kings of throwing a monkey wrench in your program.
We are looking at 5/15 right?

Re: The Maloofs are Quiet...
5/15, as far as I know, is correct.
Silence is really probably the best scenario. It's still scary, but there's no scenario where we shouldn't be scared of the Maloofs. They're too much of a wild card.
Fortunately, they're a wild card that has now been backed into a corner.

Isn't 5/15 the night of the draft lottery? I thought we would know before 5/13 for sure.

The Bee posted an accurate timeline on how long it's been since we have been dealing with this arena plan. Public money hasn't been the issue, and this was when the economy was still good! The team was still good!

It's the third Tuesday in May, which is 5/21 this year. It's a day before my birthday if anyone cares to donate to my beer collection.

I am told that H&B will not promise to keep the fight out of court, they feel wronged but sources say #Maloofs sales agreement can't be ...

which says owners and principals cannot sue the league. "If seattle is upset w/ anyone it should be the #Maloofs who used them to …cont

I think they know they are about to get a free 30 million dollars from Hansen. If they say anything that even acknowledges Sac before that Seattle agreement gets shot down they might risk a law suit from Hansen.
