Good post Pharaoh. Assuming one of Oladipo, Burke, Shabazz are at 7 who would you prefer?

Re: Predict Joe Dumar's Summer
I've stated over and over again that Olapido seems the best fit... at least he's defensive minded
I believe if we're going to keep Knight he MUST play PG. He's not a SG and I don't think we can be a quality team with Knight at SG.
That doesn't eliminate Burke though - I believe you should always take the BPA and it out later.
IF we believe that Burke is the BPA then trade Knight for a position of need (SG, SF)
I'm not against drafting Bazz either - again it comes down to BPA. If our scouts rate him above anyone else available then bring him in.
But I also believe that if we have players that have issues with anything then you spend money correcting those issues. Hire trainers, mentors, psychologists, whatever is required. As an organisation we're investing millions and millions of dollars in scouting players and signing players...
if that's all we're doing then we're not being pro-active in their development.
When you get hired for a job your training doesn't stop. The company you work for likely has extensive training for you along the way, as you move higher on the totem pole or into different parts of the business. They spend the money training you and developing you because it makes you a better asset to the company
IF I ran a team I would hire mentors, psychologists, trainers, coaches, anything I could think of to give my investments (the players) every opportunity to succeed.
