Phil only wants to coach teams with top 10 all-time players and multiple HOF players.

Sad but that is true.. I really dont see him being this amazing coach that everyone thinks he is. Kobe, shaq Jordan, pippen , clown

Super teams are the teams he likes to coach... I can coach the team and win a title

You must be a teenager.

The Lakers (Shaq and Kobe) couldnt win a title until Phil got there.

Phil is a legend.

He is extremely old and has his own injuries. He misses the game but his body cant handle an 82 game schedule. He now is shifting his focus to sitting in an office and in the press box, not on the road on buses and airplanes, practices and courtside.

If Phil was physically capable, he would still coach.

Phil doesn't want to coach at all anymore. He considered the Lakers earlier but that's it. He's not going to coach poorly constructed team with a guy that contributed to the end of Sloan's career
