VORP,RAMP,ASPM for all-time greats
Im very interest in ASPM,RAMP,VORP and Hollingers EWA for all-time greats ( every season leaders, career numbers, single seasons perfomances), where I can get it not only from 2001, but from 80s at least?

What's RAMP? RAPM is only available for years there is PlayByPlay data for. PBP just recently got released for years as far back as 1997 on NBA.com, but no one has worked with that yet.
There's some RAPM+ASPM hybrid for the 90s available here http://stats-for-the-nba.appspot.com/ but the RAPM part uses approximated lineup data instead of real lineup data
