Here's the scar. Its shrunk. I grabbed the guys knife. Left deep cuts on both sides. I ended up getting micro surgery to fix the nerves. i literally couldn't feel my thumb and index for a couple of months. The thumb side healed pretty well, the only scar was on the index.

whenever I have lots of cash or have something valuable with me and I have to walk, I tone my style down and go out in shorts and flipflops and act like the one who needs money than the one who has some.

No thanks for any chemical substances that ish will turn y'all into Martians lol.
A hundred different emotions no thanx.
The Sticky icky is the furthest I would go.

An as for almond milk that is the business. Chocolate, Vanilla, or just plain can't go wrong with any of them.
I still buy gallons of regular milk as well though, got a growing son to raise an he needs that good ole calcium.

what are the benefits in drinking almond milk? not a calcium source and from what I read it's low in protein.

I drink Soy and regular non fat.

Regular has hormones.
Soy has manganese that studies have shown stuns brain developmental growth. It has also been known to reduce sperm count.

Rich in magnesium, potassium and Vitamin E .
Really important if your trying to shed weight or involved in a crazy workout routine like P90, Insanity or full court basketball .

Low in calories.

Good alternative for people who are lactose intolerant.
Much better than soy milk as well . The lift people get from soy is based on its ridiculous amount of sugar.
Not the same story for almond milk.

My motto is "if its healthy for you f*ck with it".

but you do need those calories if you'll be doing some intense workout right? also potassium thickens the blood and may cause blood clots. confirm this @Gek!

You can get calories from plenty of other sources. The levels of Potassium in almond milk would not thicken your erythrocytes. You would need to be taking massive amounts of potassium for that to happen.
Too much of anything can kill you. You can die from drinking too much water.
