In years past, he would have easily been #1 on this list.

Most people on this board have poor attention spans and probably forgot he's still on the team.

I still don't understand what was "intellectually dishonest" about his statement. It was basic math, the % of wins out of the full season. He was right. Everyone uses winning % when talking about ball. I mean, all this talk about playing .500 ball is exactly the same thing.

Where do you guys come up with this stuff? Demar can't drive in the lane? Do you think he's top 15 in FT attempts by magic? Also, he might not have yo-yo handles but Demar's handle is fine, that's why his turnovers are average for his position even though his usage is very high. And you should see his shooting % in the lane/paint, it's very good. You don't get to do that if you have "no handles" and "can't drive in the lane".

And his 3 pt shot might be poor at 28% but he's steadily climbing.

Ah, what's the point, carry on.

I don't blame anderson, this was the only chance he got to showcase his talents to the NBA. No one is going to remember a scrub who goes 2-11, but they will remember the scrub who went off for 30pts on them.

If your going to blame anyone blame the coach that was fooled into thinking he was an all-star.

1) Alan (Mike James 2.0) Anderson
2) Bargnani's cancerous attitude
3) BC and DC's ego.

I voted other,

On the team it had to be AA being the #1 option when he was on the floor.

However what pissed me off was the notable no calls and lack of calls the Raptors were getting. Yes they should have not put themselves in the position where they needed a call to win, but just not getting calls made it more difficult.

I think, finally, fans have just wised up. Only the dumbest of the dumb are still BC apologists. Once you ignore them as you should you know that Bargnani even still on the team at the start of last season is BC's fault. As is Casey being the coach. As is everything in fact. That he isn't gone yet annoys me more than anything else.

Only hope I have is TL will clear house completely.

I voted Alan Anderson but the screen that Gray set on AA (inadvertently) for Kobe was priceless.

It was a true statement, but it was a rather political one. Just like 'organic growth' which really means.. I've exhausted my resources to improve this team so I'm relying on just internal development.

Casey hands down is the most disappointing aspect of this season. The defensive “guru”, “pound the rock” guy who was the mastermind behind shutting down the Heat… ya ya all of that was pure bull.

Raptors end up one of the worst defensive teams in the league… and are not much better on the offensive end.

The ball rotation, and offensive plays are just terrible… high school level.

Little or no development of rookies, all scrub players that are barely in the league are getting minutes.

We go 4-19 to start the season… how is that even possible or acceptable with this roster I don’t know.
Only for him to finally wake up and let the players who deserve to play get minutes, but a little too late.

Mark my words, like all previous Raptors coaches… he will never be a head coach in the NBA again.

So let's say we don't extend DeMar and he finishes the season the same way he did.

Looking around at the sad crop of young SGs in the league, and even more importantly what's available from that sad crop this offseason, you don't think a team is going to offer a 23 year old more than 8-9 mil per over the next few years?

I'm well aware of DeMar's limitations, but I refuse to acknowledge that it's that bad of a deal given the current situation this league is in at his position.

Exactly. I'm sure 3-4 teams would pay 10M per for a top 20 scorer + potential.

If we hadn't signed DeMar, we could have blown everything up and refocused on building around JV after seeing that he is the goods. No DeMar, no Rudy- of course not. With DeMar, might as well get Rudy. Screwed anyway.

DD's contract put one foot onto the treadmill and there was no reason whatsoever to offer it- his is the only deal to run past 2015 and he is pretty much the last type of wing I'd want on the court with JV. Signing this deal after drafting Ross to play SG right away was doubly perplexing.

On the court, I would say that going with Aaron Gray over JV in any situation angered me but the Laker game topped everything. I was embarrassed for DC, so many people watched that game and saw how dumb he can be. Inserting Gray over JV was silly enough, but begging Gray to trap Kobe was just sad.

What leads you to believe that "just blow everything up" was even an option? Or that BC would have any ability to execute on that? This team had missed the playoffs for 5 straight seasons, we weren't going to blow anything up at that point.

Clearly nobody is happy with the resulting season, but blowing it up and rebuilding around JV is fantasy. And as big of a JV fan as I am, it's a pretty terrible idea as well.

1.) Brian Colangelo- The fact he is still here after years of mediocrity is insane, and his patchwork rebuilds/ push for post season bids he does every season is ridiculous. I wont get into the drafting of Ross over Drummond beause it gives me nightmares reflecting about it. Also any of his press conferences (especially end of season presser) where he just deflects blame to others in organization, and avoids any criticism on himself.

2.) Dwane Casey- Rotations, rotations rotations! Small-ball, preferment of vets rather than developing rookies in a failed season is asinine. No offense sets whatsoever, the fact we can't execute an inbound play, and him force feeding Bargs minutes when he was absolute trash is mind blowing.

3.) Bargs- I will refrain from heavily profane language in regards to him (although he deserves it) but his lackadaisical attitude, coming to camp out of shape, and his pathetic excuse for the game of basketball he claims to play at a professional level, offensively and defensively is just out of this world bad. Honestly I've never wished for a player to be injured but was really hoping he didnt end up returning from that injury he had this season, and ended up on waivers/amnestied/somewhere not in America involving basketball.

4.) Landy Fields- Don't actually hate the guy he plays the game pretty well in an overall aspect for role player Just hate how much we paid to sign him, along with that unfortunate injury which makes him way more worse than he already was.

5.) Demar Extension- I have no problems with the extension and the money involved, just the timing of it. We could have easily waited until the end of season when he becomes an RFA and decide upon his future with this team. He hasn't really proved more than the likes of Jennings/Evans who are headed to RFA that he is deserving of that extension so early in the season. Even if his contract was offered by another team, we had Ross in the background waiting to be our SG, a young player many considered already better than Demar in certain aspects to take over starting SG duties, and we could have evaluated there whether or not Ross is worth continuing developing, or look to other means(draft) for another young SG. Demars contract prior would be a tradeable asset considering his "potential" and now is immoveable due to how much cap it eats, and not many teams willing to accept Derozan. Right now however, believe it or not DD is a top 5 SG (OUCH) and his value is inflated due to this fact which let him receive such a contract. He is extended through 2015 and right now doesn't look like a SG I would like to have moving forward to compliment Val, he does not affect the game in anyway.

Does not picking Drummond in the draft count? That started a downward spiral for me resulting in my becoming a seething cesspool of resentment and mistrust. Not just toward this team, but in life generally.

In the pre-season, it was seeing that Bargs was heavy and out of shape and realizing that 13-games Bargs would never return. (Oh, and hearing Colangelo recently refer to it as "18 games ... or whatever it was" was the cherry on top of me wanting him gone).

During the season, from early on when appeared it appeared we were out of the playoffs, I emotionally checked out. Nothing could piss me off. Al J. hit his miracle three right in front of my face, and I didn't really care. I just wanted us to give up the pick this year.

But Casey's consistently failure to play the rooks, and especially Val in the 4th quarter, really, really pissed me off. The Laker game in LA was unbelieveable for that. J-Val had been a wrecking crew when on the court in that game. But as the lead slipped away in Q4, it was apparent that Casey was sticking with Gray "come hell or high water." And then motioning him up to screen out AA and give Kobe a clear path ... fricken priceless. A firing offence, if accountability meant anything in the organization.

I don't know, but I'm kind of pissed we won't likely be having a pick this year, unless we trade for one. It's a weak draft, I know, but the draft is one of the more fun things to follow over the course of an NBA season. Not having one kind of sucks in that regard.

Dwayne Casey.

AA was the most annoying on the court, but Dwayne Casey is the one who kept putting him in and wouldn't take him off.

Not having a pick pissed me off. Bargnani going straight to the **** pissed me off. That's about it. Actually not trading jv for harden also pissed me off
