Multiple sources: The sale of the Sacramento Kings between Vivek Ranadivé and the Maloofs is imminent and is currently being finalized.

Update:

A Sacramento investors group has reached a deal with the Maloof family to buy the Kings for an NBA record valuation of $535 million, a source has told The Sacramento Bee.

The agreement, reached today, is expected to be announced sometime Friday. If the NBA approves the deal, escrow is expected to close at the end of May.

Yeah first thing I wanted to find out today is if there is any progress on the deal, so it is thread worthy if there is something to it.
