Sloan turns down Bucks job

Glass said that Sloan would be interested in coaching a playoff-level team.

I don't know if Paul and Howard would want Sloan as a coach, but hypothetically, he could be the perfect coach for a stacked team, even more than Phil Jackson, because even though Sloan is older, Phil has more health issues.

I do love Jerry Sloan as a coach. He might be the best pro coach i've ever seen...

But at his age.

I just don't want to be looking for another coach in 2015.

Or 2014.

Just read this:

From the late night data dump comes this gem from Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski regarding Danny Ferry's latest addition to the Hawks coaching rumors:
Ettore Messina, the Italian-born coach of CSKA Moscow, is among the top candidates to replace coach Larry Drew. Ferry and Messina have had contact about the possibility, and Messina is intrigued with the chance to be a global trail blazer in the NBA, sources told Y! Sports

Ferry is leaving no stone unturned. I just hope we get a guy with some offensive prowess.

And who'll be around for a while. Like Bobby Cox. Or Mike Smith.
