Woodson must go

Post#1 » by Riot Randolph » Sun May 19, 2013 3:10 am

His under utilization of Prigioni Chris Copeland refusal to give burn to a player signed to multiyeae deal (Camby) his refusal to trim Kidd...unforgivable...

Woodson is trash. I've been saying it all year. They're not going to do anything with him as their coach.

I think his use of Melo really killed the Knicks.

He really didn't help Melo out in the 4th, and put him in a position where he was bound to fail. Iso-Melo for 1,2,5,7 possessions isn't going to work.

Unless we can steal Mark Jackson from Golden State, who do you replace Woodson with?

Held Melo out a lot in the 4th quarter. He should have been in majority of it.

Phil Jackson, where are you?

Give him control of EVERYTHING!

wouldn't mind sloan or van gundy.

can't harp 100% of the blame on him because his starting center played like a vagina. He actually played copeland and it paid it's dividens.

taking out shumpert and melo was egregious. just an awful, awful, decision.

The thing that kills me is that this team has a lot of the elements you need to run the triangle. Replace Chandler with someone who can pass out of a double and occasionally make a hook shot and you have a starting 5 that can very easily run the triangle.

Does Dolan even know who Jerry Sloan is? Starts at the top. I don't trust Dolan with this Knicks team.

Although hindsight is 20/20.. we as fans knew this from before. Why take melo out when he's hot? What's with the stubborness to sit melo to start every damn 2nd and 4th quarter? Woodson has no feel for the game. He's set on his rotations, and cannot play the hot man. He kept JR in 4th qtr for way too long.

whatever. it's done. Woodson can go on about his great regular season record.

I doubt Woodson gets fired this offseason.

Also, sad to say, but these players and this coach deserve each other. Their quality is roughly the same in my opinion. I don't see another coach coming in here and getting a marked improvement over what Woodson did with this team.

No it was Woodson....Kidd should have never received so many minutes...jr is understandable but no Camby....that's unbelievable especially when a scrub like Johan PEtro manhandled Pacers last series...

He has to go. The fact that he left JR in that game in the first half after he didn't hustle after that ball in the corner is just mind-boggling....He has to go
