I hate that I have to work tomorrow during the game. :nonono: It would be great to start this series with a win. One more road to cross. That road will not be easy, but it's doable.

Go Grizz!

It's no time to underestimate the Spurs. We need a strong game 1 to really increase our chances. (because game 1 winners typically win the series) The Spurs are always a tough matchup and Marc and Zach will need to get the better of Duncan and Splitter. This is probably the toughest big-big matchup they will face in the playoffs.

Rule does not apply to Grizzlies, at least this year.

Ive been nervous since yesterday morning, As I went out on friday I had one of those Fake-Sundays on saturday. I am glad we are on a real Sunday today :)

Btw, Mr Sd2042, There is a webpage were you can download the game shortly after it has finnished, acceptable quality. I am not sure if i am allowed to post the link here, Althouhgh i dont think it is illegal to download if the game is over... Just ask if you want.

There are some terrible calls in this game along with them shooting lights out. It's horrendous. Manu loses the ball and then there's a foul. Get out of here.

That charge on Pondexter was not a charge. He totally slid under.

yeah, wrong call. Spurs does not need a push by the refs right now.

The good thing is Arthur catches the second. Id rather watch either gasol or randolph playing +40 mins games than him.

That could be the worst call I've ever seen in a basketball game. It wasn't a foul, they call it a foul, and then they decide that it is shooting after reviewing the play.

Absolutely horrendous. SA can't miss and we can't buy a call.

We are clearly getting mauled, and there's no excuse for that. But, they are just really extending the lead even further with some of these. Still, SA has the perfect game plan right now.

Our team now is 10x tougher than any squad led by Pau Gasol.

As for the game, it feels like we are down 10, but we're down 15 and they are calling timeouts when we pull to 17. Not exactly a great sign, but if we get it within 10, we are in striking distance.

They're cutting off our post entry passing lanes and we are still not able to throw it over the top. When they double Randolph, someone is open.

Well, The spurs are more focused, the shoots are getting in, overall, they are playing better. As easy as that. They are 14 points up and makes sense.

However, it can change in the second time. Lets see...

We need to make the adjustment both on the boards and closing out on shooters. We are giving too much help and not identifying shooters. Tony Allen needs to score off of turnovers and Conley needs to continue doing what he's doing. This lead is not insurmountable- far from it.
