I think he's referring to Perk's toughness and leadership. The perk hate on this board is going a bit too far. OKC clearly likes what he's bringing to the table as Presti mentions that they have no thoughts of using amnesty on him

His toughness and leadership are vastly overstated. Scowling and acting mean is not toughness and its certainly not leadership.

Probably trying to raise his value or give perk some confidence for next season. Maybe he'll even have a positive PER next playoffs :lol:
