I don't think the Cats have ever had #1, so maybe it's their turn and a reverse deja vu of the Howard/Okafor draft. Kings move up some spots as Stern has sympathy on them.

yeah that pick was top 3 protected . BC probly could have got away with top 10 if he negotiated a bit more.

If the lottery were rigged ( I don't believe it is ), I would predict the top 3 to go like this:
