Near the end of Game 6 I saw him get blown by on a few drives. Maybe Lebron is catching him at the right time, especially having fresh legs. Although, as we saw with both the Bucks and Bulls respective Game 1's, Lebron probably suffers more from rust than he gains from having fresh legs. Not sure what to think.
George is young, he should bounce back.
Melo got by him not because George couldn't hang with him anymore, but because the Pacers didn't want to foul and wanted the ball back so that they could run clock. Melo was 0-5 until the last 2 minutes when the Pacers starting milking the clock and let Melo have 2 layups basically.

Good point. I just hope Lebron doesn't go all 2011 on us from crippling defenses.

I think Bosh is going to be huge in this series. His ability to shoot and pull Hibbert out of the paint should space the floor tremendously for Miami...wouldn't allow Hibbert to camp in the paint and basically be a brick wall.

At this point it's safe to say 2012 LeBron is a better scorer than 2013 LeBron

LeBron's gotta just do it. I understand his team is better than they have been in the past, but he's playing like they are all equal in ability to him.. sharing the ball and not looking to cream for himself. And it's not like Indiana is giving him the same crazy help looks that Chicago was giving him. There was a point in the 2nd quarter when LeBron had the ball in triple threat position just above the elbow, inside the 3.. and his teammates were clearing out for him and the indiana defenders were looking at their men who were clearing out! They weren't even looking at LeBron.. if he had drove, none of the Pacers would even have noticed.
Miami won a championship because LeBron was aggressive and took over at the right times.

To be fair, he hasn't really needed to go into 2012 mode yet. The Heat's first and second round opponents were a joke. A 38 win Bucks team and a 45 win Bulls team without Deng and Hinrich.
I'm hoping we see a few games of 2012 LeBron in this series or in the Finals, though. It'd be a bit of a letdown, after his ridiculous regular season, if he just sort of coasted to the Finals.

Finally, this is what we've been waiting for for over a month.
That buzzer beater was absolutely Jordan-esque.

A gamewinner.
He came through in the clutch, but I still wasn't super impressed with his game despite the trip dub. Hard to hate on the guy when he does that kind of stuff thougg, hehe.

A LeBron game where he's actually challenged and plays to his potential.

Good, I was hoping I wasn't the only one. Feels kind of dumb to say a 30 point triple-double in the ECF wasn't all that impressive, but it really wasn't. I'm not trying to say he had a bad or even average game, because he didn't; but it wasn't one of those captivating, "oh my god I can't believe I'm witnessing this live", type games.
It also speaks to how great he's become and the standard he's set; but as a whole, it was somewhat underwhelming for a 30-10-10 game. Perfectly run play and great read on the game-winner, though.

That game still didn't really feel like that, though. Again, not saying he didn't have a good game, but he was still passive for long stretches tonight. Part of that was because of foul trouble, and he was on the bench for a long time in the first half; I understand that. But even in the 4th quarter and most of OT, he was really passive.

Yep. He made dumb/passive plays down the end of the fourth, but really redeemed himself with the last two Heat buckets.
There was also a stretch in the third or fourth I think where he was so lazy and seemingly uncaring that I was literally swearing at the TV, especially with us down.

Game winner did not remind me of Jordan at all. Every game winner MJ made in the playoffs was a jumper.
