Plumlee and OJ both went to Ft Wayne for stretches. OJ came back with a light bulb turned on. Plumlee evidently did not. I have my fingers crossed that he makes a jump over the summer.

I still don't think Plumlee will ever become anything. I think we have to resign Pendy or go after Landry because I have zero confidence in him to step in and it to not affect us.

Don't judge anyone on just rookie year. He is dressed tonight (miami game 1) so coach has seen something.

We were in no position to risk playing a rookie this year. West, Hibbert, Hans, and Plumlee got the bulk of he minutes. We've also treated Pendy as a prospect and he's expiring, so we had to see what we had. Plumlee was just at the bottom of that group. No shame in that.

No shame in that, but I still don't think he will be good given minutes. I guess it's a little unfair to say so far, but he's just ehhh to me. I'll take Pendy all day over him.

Of course he's ehhh right now. He may always be ehh... However, he's dirt cheap and worth keeping around unless someone actually values him in a trade. It took Foster a couple years to find his spot too.

To be honest- I have no idea if Plumlee will or will not make it. But, guys like him, for the style of basketball they play, take longer to develop then others. It takes a special talent to do what they do and not get 2 quick fouls each time on the court.

After Jeff Foster's rookie season, I am sure many people said the same thing though. He turned out ok i think.
