Oladipo 100%. He's got the drive to get better...something I'm not sure McLemore has

Wolves in:
#2 pick, Affalo
Magic in:
#9 pick, Shved, rights to 2015 pick

Will, and he might be really good in a different situation, but most of the league outside of Minny thinks he will be out of the league in a few years. Shved other than a few really great games is relatively meh too.
Think of it this way: If you guys had 2 would you trade for 9 + Kyle O'Quinn?

There's a big difference between D-Will and Kyle O'Quinn... if you look at comments on the trade board, there are a number of fans of teams like WAS and CHA saying they would be interested in acquiring D-Will (a basic framework of D-Will and #9 for #4 seems to have CHA fans pretty divided, for example). D-Will averaged 15-6 the second half of last season, and I don't think anybody reasonable thinks he will be out of the league in a few years. He's already shown he's good enough to be a solid rotation guy, and the question is whether that's all he'll be or if he can develop into a good starter.
That said, I do think #2 is a little too much for a team to give up for D-Will and #9... I don't think it's outlandish, but I probably wouldn't do it. However, D-Will and #9 for #4 (or something similar to that) is starting to look pretty likely -- articles and posts about the possibility of the Wolves moving up to take Oladipo are everywhere and D-Will is usually included (and as a value piece, not just a throw-in) when people speculate about such a deal.

If you had future picks to throw in, I could see it being a thing for the 2, but D-Will is too much of an unknown at year 3-4. I know he is only in his early twenties, but when you are talking about a team with literally little to no star talent (Magic) you cant lose a top-2 pick, no matter how "bad" the draft is.

Oladipo, IMO, will at least be a high level defender and someone who is lethal in transition. McLemore could turn out to be a slightly more athletic Morrow, or a better shooting Brandon Rush.
A thing that bothers me about McLemore is just how dumb and passive he is. His combine interview is cringe-worthy..."upsize" instead of upside.
