The guy is well respected around the league and is an NBA endorsed development coach ie the NBA used to hire him to go overseas to teach people fundamentals of basketball.
This isn't like a "I guess we'll let him stick around" thing, the guy can stay as long as he wants, he is our best assistant by far.
This dude is the youngest assistant coach in NBA history at 27 years old with our very own Charlotte Hornets.
This guy has a degree in both sociology and management from Brown, this guy is a smart, hard worker who is an asset to the Charlotte franchise.
All of that sound good but let's not act like his father isn't the sole reason why he has a job in the NBA point blank period. All I'm saying is that I could care less if he sticks around but then again I have a blind eye to what goes on behind closed doors with the team.
