Meh, Dunlap wasn't that great of a coach really. His rotations didn't make sense half the time and apparently none of the players really liked him. I guess you could credit our younger players progressing this year to him but then again I'm not sure how much of it was actually his doing.

I'm 100% sure you won't. Not 1 Bobcats player even felt enough sorrow for his firing to make it public.

Not sure how credible this website is but they seem pretty sure that's what Clifford will be doing.

Is the team going to have the press conference anytime soon?

If we add Ewing and Malone to this team as asst's to Clifford, that will be something I would dearly love. Talk about a team that has a heavy focus on defense!

clifford, ewing, malone and silas would be a pretty solid coaching staff.

Lets hope all this talk is true. This would be more than solid coaching staff.

Dunlap definitely was the best talking coach I ever heard.

Rick Bonnell ‏@rick_bonnell 8m
Stan Van Gundy told me Clifford was ready to be NBA coach before Stan hired him. Much more in tomorrow's Observer.

Rick Bonnell ‏@rick_bonnell 9m
Tom Thibodeau texted Stan Van Gundy "This is a great day for all of us" regarding Bobcats hiring Steve Clifford.

Either this guy is the real deal or he has been sleeping with Thibodeau and the Van Gundys for the past 10 years.
