That's as major a red flag as there is.

Carter-Williams' game reminds me a great deal of Sasser. But his upside is Penny. This is the biggest boom-or-bust player in the draft!

Penny? Probably more like a Shaun Livingston. You can't go from Penny to Jeryl Sasser range, thats an astronomical difference.

eh..The comparison to Sasser is because they're both tall pg's imo. I think MCW will be a better player than Sasser. I'd be ecstatic if he turned into Livingston pre injury.

I'm not really into a PG who shoots his percentages

39%, 29%, 69%

I know shooting can be improved on but he just reminds me of a more athletic Kendall Marshall

The shooting percentages for MCW are definitely a concern, but the comparison to Marshall pretty much ends there because Marshall can't defend a chair, or rebound or create turnovers like MCW can. Not sure MCW is a good choice, but I think he's got more to offer than Marshall or Sasser (who average about half the assists MCW did).

Ya he's deff a different player on D but that % just scares me away. Especially since thats the college 3 ball, we can only assume his % will be even worse from NBA range.

The conversations regarding who players are going to "turn into" are starting to get redundant. Can't wait for the draft then summer league...

there are so many holes in all top 5 projected players that im really just lost. I prefer Burke but at this point I just want June 27 to be over with and will be happy with anyone the boss picks. But I think it will be Ben.

Chad Ford says our top PG target isn't Trey Burke in the new insider, I don't have insider though I just saw it on twitter.

I've said it time and time again MCW has the highest potential of all the point guards, hell I'll go as far to say guards period. I'd rather have Burke but I wouldn't lose sleep if we chose MCW

The Magic have Arron Afflalo at the two guard and a more glaring need at the point, but aren't sold on Trey Burke, according to Ford, who says the team is eyeing Ben McLemore and Victor Oladipo at No. 2. If the Magic were to draft a two guard, they'd be interested in trying to trade Afflalo to the Clippers for Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butler's expiring contract, says Ford. It's not clear whether such a deal would interest the Clips."

Would LA do it? It looks like AA would be a good upgrade and they are trying to win now.
