yo Ima and others who know better. not sure what happened to my forearm while lifting weights yesterday and the part below the Flexor carpi radialis (white part in the illustration below) hurts and feels like something was pulled.

I can move it normally though and is not that painful but everytime I flick my risk (shooting motion) it hurts and is uncomfortable. stretching and warming the area helps. I have a game on Sunday and I want your take on what support should I be using?

should I wear a sleeve to keep the forearm warm or a basketball medical tape for compression and/or stretching?

Dont know to much about that specific area, but I would stop lifting for a bit and ice the hell out of it and on game day wear something to prevent it from hurting.
