I know there's been one brunette that's been in commercials that's pretty hot. I think they were Benny the Bull commercials I seen cause I was looking for the ESPN one for "Taken 2" that was hilarious.

As for this girl, not much of WNBA fan but she's good lookin'..might have to start watching but I live in AZ so I'd have to watch Griner..nevermind.

I find myself annoyed by the overemphasis of Griner's dunks. That 2nd one she did, when her team was losing by 20 points, was ridiculous. I understand it's for the fans, but the extra stuff wasn't necessary. Had that been JaVale McGee dunking like that when his team was getting blown out, he'd be the butt of jokes. Matter fact, he was clowned. Remember when he needed one point to get a triple double against the Bulls? He tried several times to get to double digits but failed miserably, until a late dunk, then pretty much did the exact same kind of dunk that Griner did (including the pulling up on the rim), and the NBAtv guys clowned him.

I thought the NBA TV guys clowned McGee for his celebration after the triple double, rather than the dunk itself?

The WNBA could use a dominant franchise with star power. Haven't had one since the Swoopes/Cooper/Thompson Comets. The league's gotten more competitive but the Sky could make a run with their size and scoring options. They can cherry-pick for need in the draft with a great young core in place.

She's fun to watch, so much variety in her game. Seems to have every type of shot, inventive with the ball, moves great without it. An athletic 6' 8" male with those skills would be an NBA superstar.

Wasn't sure since I didn't see much extra stuff after Griner's dunks. Yeah she pulled herself up, but besides that she was pretty subdued. Whereas McGee ran downcourt making goofy faces and high-fiving teammates and what not. I don't think the NBA TV guys would have clowned him if he'd merely hung on the rim.

If there's any WNBA player I think could have a shot at playing in the NBA, I think it's her. She's an unbelievably smooth basketball player. 6'5" 195 and moves like a guard. Definitely going to be checking out some of their games this year.

And by the way, Brittney Griner has like a 2 inch vertical.

It might wash a way after the novelty factor is gone, but it's still amazing to think that Griner could have more dunks in her first season than their has been in a combined 17 years of WNBA. Last I read, there was only 6 total dunks in the WNBA before Griner.

It's fun though. Griner, Diggins and Delle Donne could end up being a historical change for the WNBA. And that's not even considering that you still have Parker, Maya Moore, Taurassi, and others still playing.
