Re: OT Thread, Part III
Just finished slamdunk manga for the nth time. Never gets old
That Shohoku vs Sannoh was epic.
The author really did a good job. I felt like Im really watching the bbgame.
Too bad the author didnt continue it. Really frustrating.
There were a lot of potential storylines.
Rukawa going to America, Hiroshi-Sakuragi rivalry, Coach Anzai turning to the demon, Shohoku without Akagi
Dammit. Im still hoping for a continuation
for those who only watched the anime,or doesn know about slamdunk, you should read the manga.
The interhigh season/arc in Slamdunk is only in manga not in anime
Rubio = Miyagi
Rukawa = AK (all around game) or Shved(great rookie)
Sakuragi = Love(Rebounding stud) or Dwill(Athletic, Bum)
Akagi = Pek
we need a Hisashi Mitsui!!

One time I dyed my lawn fluorescent green just so I could say the grass is never greener on the other side.

Re: OT Thread, Part III
One time, I separated my eggs into two baskets, I fell and they all still broke. 3 baskets seemed impractical since I only have 2 hands and likely would have resulted in the same conclusion. Adage debunked.

If you had put your eggs in three baskets, you couldn't carry them all at once so they all wouldn't have broken when you fell. Adage rebunked.

I spilled some milk earlier and didn't cry over it.
That's just the way I roll.

Man, that's a whole lot of badass-ness on this page. May I contribute to it by bragging how I made it to Norwegian TV?!

No. Not unless I get to tell the story about how they took a picture of me in grade school and put it in the Fargo Forum. Actually that's basically the story, so go ahead with yours.

Re: OT Thread, Part III
So Digiorno's in their attempts to carve out an advantage in the frozen pizza market sells this pizza/chicken wings combo package for like $9.50 which I've always been more than happy to not acknowledge in the slightest when at the grocery store, but they had a big sale at the store, it was like $5.50 or $5.99 or something so I figured I should check it out - the "chicken wings" are 5 chicken nuggets and some crumbs. Spread the word.

Thanks guys. Lot of the people I talk to didnt graduate, it's like why would you want to stay in school longer than you have to, or talk about how weak school is but dont pass, but I dont really feel sorry for them, High School is easy.

Well, I've only seen a screenshot of my 2 seconds of fame anyway. So that's my story.

Pardon my ignorance here but isn't High School the lowest level of School graduation in America? I've always thought that you'd pretty much have to graduate HS to get a job.

You are correct on the essentials.
