Actually, if we are the WORST team in the NBA, there's roughly a 75% chance we don't get the #1 pick.
And if you don't tank hard it's even worse than 75% chance....what's your argument that it's not guaranteed? Well no sht it's called a LOTTERY for a reason.
Try and tell me that if you could essentially have a 25% chance to win lotto max you "Wouldn't bother cause it's not high enough"......

Props TZ!

These look like women's work out jerseys with built-in bras.
Maybe it would look better as a straight line

I like goodjoeys one. I like 00's designs, never was a fan of retro's.
Dont like triplemke23's. Just me though, I hate those basebally stripes, Charlotte and Magic had those, it looks terrible.
I always liked Amsterdam Ajax design. Not sure it works on basketball jerseys, but I would like to see Ajax-esque attempt at least.

That's sick.. it would be better if the number was in the middle of the raptor claw marks though.
I'd love for that to be our away jerseys.. maybe we can alter the font of the writing.. but it's a great design.

If TL is really really REALLY set on making this team "Team Canada", we might as well imitate that brilliant Olympic gear we had recently. I have no skills so I filled this in on paint. Font/sizes/Color/whatever is not good but the basic design is what I like and its clean and distinct. Wiz are the only ones close to it.

The inverse would exist for home and a third black alternate. Some might find it boring but I like clean but different

Re: Star contest: New uniform
Our current jerseys are still a hell of a lot better than all the concepts that have been proposed. The jerseys were sleek when we first got them and they're still sleek..the only difference is that the team sucks which has significantly affected brand perception. I have respect for the process of logo/jersey designing and all that but i think some people on this board need to take a break from all of this, throw on their enyce hoodies and reevaluate their competence in delivering a multi-million dollar brand concept to the fashion capital of the country. respects for all the effort but i think there's too much support going around for tacky if not tasteless designs.
I don't think any of us would be saying **** about the jerseys if we were winning. Success enhances brand significantly whether it be from the team as a collective unit or from individual performance ala carter/mcgrady. we currently have neither a winning team nor a superstar which makes it easy to project our disappointment towards every little aspect of the organization including uniforms. I'm not a huge supporter of our current look but winning can change things and has a way of giving off certain illusions.
But coming up with concepts is fun regardless. Because our current uniforms possess no historical significance, I would be open to a revamp of our current uniforms so long as the design is timeless and is mindful of tradition, logic and simplicity. We have to go clean and simple because we don't have the benefit of a carter, mcgrady or iverson to trick people into believing an over the top design is dope.
I agree with the posters who think brooklyn has some of the better uniforms in the league. From a design standpoint it's subtle and on point but I think these positive perceptions are related to our feelings about brooklyn, the city as a brand in itself which has historical endorsements from legends like biggie smalls to jordan to jackie robinson. it only makes sense then for toronto to tie everything together and go blue because toronto as a brand is defined by the historical significance of the leafs. if we go blue i think the name has to be changed, huskies perhaps. that's just one idea.
it's cool that people are designing jerseys and stuff but if "i think this looks cool" is the basis of your proposal, **** is weak

I think we're on the same page in terms of appreciation for subtlety.Probably took you only a few seconds to do this and yet better than most if not all of the proposals so far. I thought the olympic uniforms were sleek too.
Not a significant upgrade over our current one and definitely needs more detail and development. I don't have any computer illustrating skills either but if you can learn I'd be interested in seeing a more detailed concept.

A lot of you have some great suggestions but we really need to stick to the blue and white....red really needs to go.

I didn't make that new Raptors logo. I wish I did. I just found it. I think we need to go in that direction though. Maybe if enough fans forward that logo on we can create a movement and the original artist can be contacted?
I think it's the best Raptors logo I've seen yet and with some market research and feedback... I bet that artist could adjust it even better.

How will everyone know we're Canada's team if we get rid of the red?
