No it was game 7 while trying to post up Stephenson. He did a major flop and dropped the ball out of bounds. The ref was smart enough to see it was a flop and gave it to the Pacers.

Ya I agree. If it we're up to me, it would have been more diverse but this is the NBA. Where the casual fan is 90% of the fan base.

What do you mean? They show it 10 seconds in the video posted above. Unless you were asking when did it really happen, which was Game 4 of last year's Finals.
