Julio Teheran flirted with a no-hitter against the Pirates on Wednesday afternoon.
His bid was broken up by Brandon Inge in the eighth inning. Teheran struck out 11 batters as Atlanta beat Pittsburgh 5-0.
"I feel like he's comfortable," Jason Heyward said. "He's not trying to pitch his way onto the team. He's going out there competing as a part of the team."
