Heavy Machinery can be considered as Driving a Car for example.
An I think it is safe to say many of us in here has done that a ton of times and got away with it.

I mean, certain things shouldn't have to be said, right...
I've got nothing against pot and lean more towards the legalizing it, but my post was more about the fact that this story could be the device used to start pushing some of the legalization legislation back.

I also find some of pro pot rhetoric comical and ultimately detrimental to their cause.

I see no difference...

But ultimately, I think our DUI laws are a joke... I think the fact that someone was under the influence when they did something bad should have no effect on how we treat them under the law. Good or bad... Sentences for dangerous driving have always been too lenient... Using DUI as an excuse to impose stronger sentences is just a marketing ploy to me.

But to conclude my argument I think being stoned is much more feasible when driving rather than being drunk .
Well for me it is , but yeah going back to what I said earlier everyone is different.

Then it just comes down to personal responsibility and your ability to stop...

Well for me being super stoned is like a blunt to the head.

An for being drunk is like 4-5 henny and coke drinks. Or in another form like 4-8 beers.

I can drive with no issues with the first option no prob.
