Re: The Workout Thread
I like drop sets in principal but so many people misuse them. Eg. They predetermine how many reps they'll do before they drop the weight.

I'm going to India for 2 months and will likely have limited access to a gym. I'll likely need to look at some of those free weight workout programs so that I don't lose too much strength/shape when I return and have to start from the scratch again.

That, but also get some resistance cables. They are easier to fold up and can definitely be travelled with.
I use them when i travel for work for extended periods and dont want to slacken off.
Have a look into them.

30000 per day is bad. 30000 per week is not necessarily bad (if you have a high maintenance count).

Yeah man it's pretty basic to start with. Standard bench incline decline. Bench and squat rack. And basic smith pulley system. Set me back 800 with a bar and dbells, wasn't to bad for new gear and will do me for now..

Yeah I was pretty happy. Nothing to outrageous but plenty enough for a decent workout!

A pretty good read. I'm going to look to make sure I keep this in mind all the time.
