The Ron Artest pick was a team need pick. I thought Artest would suit well being our team's spacer on offence. He has shown to be a very good shooter last season hitting 2 3s per game @ 34%.

Defensively, it's well documented that Artest is one of the best defensive wings in the game. I think he has the size, strength and quickness to match-up against the elite SFs like LBJ and Melo.

With regards to his role on my team, Artest reminds me of Shane Battier's role with the Heat. Artest will guard the opposing team's best perimeter defender to let Harden rest on defense. Offensively, we can go small with Artest at PF and Boozer at C. Just like how the Heat go small with Battier at PF and Bosh at C.

In the end, I'm happy to have landed Artest. He is the perfect SF for our team.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Had to pass on that offer. Wasn't a fan of the value I would have received.

With that said, I am elated with my selection of Jarrett Jack who in my opinion is the real 6th man of the year (if you include playoffs).

19/5/7 on 53 FG% in the first round & proceeded to follow that up with 16/4/2 on 49 FG% vs. San Antonio in the second round. Not bad...Not bad at all.

No thanks. Talent pool is drying up and wanted to add another big shot making guard to bring off the bench.
Plus while I was targeting MKG and like his potential, the more I thought about it, the more I like Chandler in a Khawi Leonard type of role on my team.

Is my 6th far enough up? Getting on a flight so I'll be out of service for the rest of the night.

Dammit, Tension. There went Parker's backup. With that, I'm out of ideas, and out of the house, so I'll pick when I get home and have my spreadsheet.

Funny you mention that, I was imagining him in a Parker esque role for my squad. Guess that's tit for tat for taking Harris in front of me!

Well, it worked out anyway. Still some talent left out there.

It's already at four & some people are still missing their picks. I'll put it at 2 hours if the pace picks up soon though.

That Danny Green pick is looking better by the day. Great find, Tension.
