MWP says Dwight not coming to Houston

Post#1 » by Dr Aki » Tue Jun 18, 2013 1:50 am

not a serious thread, but anything coming out of MWP's mouth can't be taken seriously.

but anyhoo... http://www.csnhouston.com/basketball-ho ... ng-houston

Metta World Peace joined Sportsradio 610 for an entertaining interview that touched upon the topic of Dwight Howard's upcoming free agency.

When asked about the Lakers center who is about to be a free agent, World Peace said, "Well, he's not going to Houston, I tell you that.

"You know how those horses have those little things, ties in a bullfight, you tie those things to their b---- and they go crazy? I've got two of those tied to Dwight Howard's t--------, so he can't move."

After massive laughter, Sportsradio 610's Mike Meltser asked, "So you think Dwight is definitely staying in LA?"

"He can't move," World Peace answered. "If he does, it'll be painful. So he can't go nowhere."

he's crazy, but also knows what he is saying here.

he's not being literal. his message is "if you leave LA, then your life will be painful." as in if you bail on your team AGAIN, people will never look at you the same. he'll get criticized constantly by LA media, and basically most other media outlets.

He might as well stay and takes his chances on a complete rebuild in 2014. plus he can negotiate an opt out after year 3.

a lot more to lose by leaving in my opinion.

Gross. I'm very happy that we live in a reality where you're 1000000% wrong and there's no a chance in hell the Blazers would take Ja.

I guarantee they wouldn't. I truly can't stress enough how off you are with that take.

In the past he would randomly tweet that he is going to the beach to play football and anyone can come play. Two years ago, he came down to my city in South Orange County to do an autograph signing in a furniture store out of nowhere.

He is at times. Last year there were some amnesty rumors and he spoke about them in terms of a relationship.
