Agreed. I don't really care for Lee but Jeff Green would be an awesome addition if we can swindle him away from Boston.

No thanks to the power forward who sucks on defense, likes to take threes, can't rebound for his position, and makes 8 plus mill a season with a medical condition. We are got DNP-CV for that position. I don't see why all the love for this guy (Green).

I disagree on the sucks on defense and I don't have a problem with the taking a lot of threes. In todays NBA is 8 million really a bad contract for someone of his caliber? I'm not saying he's a superstar but he's def talented.

He's a power forward that doesn't fit. We have Monroe and Drummond. We need a guy who won't break the bank coming off the bench. If they wanted DNP CV for him than I'd listen but I'm passing on the salary. The heart condition is still a big thing on my mind too.

Green started his career as a tweener, but has finally and slowly transformed himself into a solid SF.

Look at his stats from the last three months of the season and tell me he is anything less than solid and not capable of playing SF. He kind of has to play SF because his rebounding is very subpar for a PF, but not bad for a SF.

However, I do not see him as a game changing starter, but more of a final piece of the puzzle type.
8 a year for him is about right. He is neither underpaid or overpaid IMO.

Is he better than Tayshaun prince and jerebko? Yes
Did I think he was a complete bust coming out of college? Yes.

Yeah Green torched us on the perimeter. He's a 3. He checks both Lebron and Durant as well. I'd give up anything outside of Knight/Monroe/Drummond/#8/Middleton for him...but I'm sure that's not enough.

It is when you consider the fact that Green is already an above average starter and Middleton will be lucky to ever amount to a starter in the first place.

You need bench players as well and I think Middleton will make an excellent backup swing man on this team. And if you guys think he's such a non-issue then why would he be a deal-breaker for Boston?

To the first part of your comment, yes, every team does need good role players. However, that team needs good starters in the first place and you said it yourself, Middleton is a role player. We don't have a SF worth starting and Green is definetely enough of a prize to trade the great Khris Middleton.

To the second part of your comment, I don't exactly know what you are trying to say. Who is "he" in this scenario and what deal was broken?
