Most I'm willing to do is deal Kleiza + Ross for Millsap

So many Bryan Colangelo's here with the trading of picks like they're throw ins.

Everything should be on the table, including future picks. But getting a pick from us should really, really hurt whichever team wants it- if they accept a deal, we should be like, "Really?". Like Thorn after Babcock traded him Carter for nothing. The value of our picks has just skyrocketed with the new hires.

Casey was on the FAN 590 today and talked about our biggest need being a veteran big man that we can throw the ball into and let him score, a guy that can grab rebounds and play with grit.

Jesus, really? Not, say our lack of play-making or shooting?

DeMar DeRozan + Amir Johnson for John Henson + Drew Gooden + 2014 1st

Rudy Gay + Kyle Lowry for Ben Gordan + Tyrus Thomas + 2014 1st

Andrea Bargnani + Linas Kleiza to Brooklyn for Humpheries + 2013 2nd

Raps sign CJ Watson 2 yr $5

Raps

Watson + Kobongo
Gordan + Ross + Anderson
Fields + Anderson + Acy
Humphries + Henson + Thomas
JV - Gooden + Gray

That is hands down the worst team in the NBA

2014 we have our pick, charlotte's pick, and the bucks pick
2014 Gooden, Gray, Gordan all expire....

Draft Wiggins, a PF and start signing Free Agents

That could actually be one of the worst teams in the history of the NBA

I can really see Ujiri calling Chicago to negotiate a deal for Boozer - the deal that the Raptors (Colangelo) reportedly shot down. I know he's paid a lot, but if we can get him for Andrea , I think we should do it. I really think Rudy will have a good chemistry playing with Boozer - he's already shown it with JV.

Maybe Bargnani + Kleiza for Boozer + 2nd round pick.

We get a lot more veteran leadership and toughness... Boozer performed very well in the playoffs for the Bulls. Ujiri can get into the draft and bring in a guy like Kabongo to learn behind Lowry (hopefully he's still available in round 2). We'd also need to add some cheap shooting off the bench.

Lowry / Hinrich / Kabongo
DeRozan / Ross
Gay / Fields / FA (shooter)
Boozer / Amir
Valanciunas / Amir / Gray

WTF ... shouldn't they be trying to mold Val into that type of player? Isn't he supposed to be that guy who rebounds and gets us buckets in the point? I don't see the point of getting another low post big because low post scoring isn't really a weakness of ours.

Well to be fair, we do need another PF who can share minutes with Jonas and Amir. In fact, IMO Amir is better suited as a bench PF, so we need a starting PF (not super urgent, but still a need).

Amir and JV is our best two man combo and our best two man defensive duo that have played at least 300 minutes together. Why break that up?

Ross for either CLE or POR's 2 second rounders.

Draft Myck Kabongo and Archie Goodwin with them....they both have arguably as much upside as Ross (or more), service two different positions on our roster and are cheaper, non-guaranteed contracts.

I would also consider using one of them for a 3pt sharpshooter like Reggie Bullock.

Bring back Sonny Weems. He has matured his game overseas and has good chemistry with many Toronto players. And he would be inexpensive.

Bargnani for Perkins.

- Raptors gets a defensive center and couple of million dollars relieve.
- Oklahoma gets much needed offense.

Not as much a trade as an observation;

If the Wiz were willing to take Ersan Ilyasova for 3 (and salary), and with Len rising in the mocks if we could get our hands on 3 and walk away with either Nerlens Noel to pair beside Jonas for the next decade or Ben McLemore you damn well do it.

I think we'll soon see Cousins to Washington for #3 + Salary conversation

The question is who fits the same desire for the Wiz as Ersan?! (and no not Bargnani)

I would trade DeRozan but then they have Beal, Amir imo seems comparable (if not better than Ersan) but will WAS value him that much?! I would ship anyone not named Valanciunas (obviously) on our roster for Noel.

Noel would be an awesome combo with Val and who I would want the most out of the draft but if not McLemore would actually be a perfect fit b/w Lowry and Rudy stylistically (well pretty much for the whole team)....

Pretty damn good call...

I think that WAS will certainly be pushing for that deal, SAC just better be smart enough to push back for some additional assets whether it be a 2nd rounder next year or another future lotto protected pick because if Wall and Cousins are reunited....the Kings are going to look just downright awful for allowing these 2 to pair up to become one of the best young combos in the game -- with Beal (and other future lotto picks on the way) Washington would be a real team to watch in 3-4 years.
