Hey so I'm going to buy my friend's Galaxy S3 for a reasonable price but he isn't going to sell it to me for 2 weeks until he switches carriers, I know you own it and I have messed around with it but, you like it or love it now that you've had it in daily use for about 6 months?

I figure I'll do this for now and wait til at least the Christmas releases to see what wild leaps the new models have and if there's something I want really bad I'll sell the Galaxy for a little loss at that time and cop the new one.

And secondary question, you guys see the Sony Xperia i1 Honami that is coming out soon?

Nothing dead on confirmed yet but from the rumors it looks spectacularly sexy. :droop:

Idk how much he's giving it to you for but if it's a good deal then getting an S3 is perfectly fine.

No applications or games have come out where quad-core CPU is an absolute must, especially when you'd only be using it for 6 months.

Still a very good phone imo, unless you're one of those people who feels like they must have the latest in everything at all times. But given the fact that you've had your phone for 3 years I don't think that's the case. :lol:

Yeah, the specs look very good, but they're definitely pushing it as a cameraphone obviously.

I'd like to see how it holds up under some testing by the tech crews that get early models/releases of the phone first though.

I just got the SG3 as a work cell and just bought the wife a SG4...assuming you know the differences and depending on how much you are getting the SG3 for, it's a very good all around phone...buddy of mine bought the SG3 when it first came out loves it regardless of new model...

But I definitely agree w/ NyCeEvO...and what cell you have now, etc...

Honestly I've never been a huge Samsung fan for phones, but I'm getting it pretty cheap and then get to grab one of the new phones in about 6 months again this way. The Galaxy's are really really nice, but there are many phones I prefer to them, but I can certainly compromise.

I liked everything that revolved around draper in the season finale. It's gonna be fun/interesting to see Dick Whitman bleed into Don's everyday life now that he's willing to open up and share.
