I hope they swallow their whistles. Last thing we need is refs deciding with a bunch of tick-e-tac fouls. Game 6 had too much of that in the 1st half.

Yeah, that was a pretty miserable quarter officiating-wise.

what, what, what?
i can remember one bad call and that was when gasol landed a split of second before he shot the ball, absolutely impossible to call.

Remember when KG grabbed Gasols wrist and made the lose ball go out of bounce on Gasol. The ref initially called it Lakers ball bu then the play went to review. The review clearly showed the foul and what Gasol complained about, but the foul was not reviewable, and Celtics got the ball.

I thought it's proven that Stern makes sure that happens for the Heat in every game they play??

It changed how I watch games now. I don't get overly emotional anymore unless I'm there because that was so disgusting and obvious.

Honestly, the Celtics had a championship ripped away from them that night. Now I watch with rooting interest, but always have that feeling the game I'm watching could be doctored.

Some "hater" stats before game 7.
Lebron's overall playoff record so far: 87-50

Lebron's playoff W-L record with D. Crawford: 17-7
Lebron's playoff record with S. Foster: 15-6
These happen to be some of the best win to loss ratios of all refs for Lebron. Both of those zebras reffed the same Lebron game only once, game 3 in Dallas of 2011 finals (which Heat won).

On the other hand, Lebron's playoff record with McCutchen: 9-9

The crowd erupts, the Miami Heat start pouring Gatorade prematurely on one another and the Spurs sulk in disappointment. The figure holds his hand up high and the arena chants "Joey! Joey! Joey! Joey!".

I almost busted up laughing at work right now. Close call. Good work guy.

Stop whining. Bynum and Gasol were getting ticky tack fouls in the 1st half, while Rasheed can tackle Kobe without a foul. That game was fairly officiated. Celtics got the calls in the 1st half, Lakers 2nd, it evened out.

21 FT's in the 4th quarter is being called fair (when the c's didn't even get that many for the game)?!?! that 4th was as obvious as the kings getting hose (again by the lakers...surprise surprise).
Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their
shoes. That way, you'll be a mile from them, and
you'll have their shoes.

The home team deserves SOME calls. Thats part of the hidden advantage of homecourt. They can't all of a sudden say "screw the Heat even though they played hard all year to get game 7 of the finals on their homecourt, we'll just treat them like the other team in all cases and give the other team better calls just to prove we're not biased"

AS a ref hater I got to give them credit, that was one of the best officiated games ever.
