The energy at the UC is gonna be unbelievable for game 5.

Watching these guys just pour their hearts out on the ice makes the NBA Finals seem so insignificant this year. I'm convinced these guys are the toughest, best athletes in the World. The skill level in the NHL is just out of this World.

Great moves by Q tonight to get the offense firing. Crawford's weak glove is becoming a concern, he needs to sharpen up glove side high.

LET'S GO HAWKS!!

What makes playoff hockey great is every possession, second, and particular movement of any one player at any place on the ice matters. If one guy makes a little mistake or doesn't hustle enough, it affects the game hugely. Every goal is so important where in basketball you have near 100 possessions each to score 40-45% of the time.

Give me a meaningless hockey or soccer game, I'll pass and watch basketball. But give me a high level or playoff match and I'll pick that over basketball.

And with the current NBA Finals, save game 6, it has rarely been competitive. There have been huge momentum swings without either team really responding until the subsequent games. And the officiating has been criticized, as usual. I just hate the complete inconsistency will officiating.

Go Hawks! Game 5 is just as important as Game 4. Alleviate some pressure on themselves so they'll only need 1 win in 2 games.

Great game 5 win by the hawks. Hopefully Taser can go for game 6.

Patrick "Mr June" Kane stepping up big time again...

The bigger question is, who's a bigger loss, Bergeron or Toews? I think Toews might be the bigger loss, especially considering that the first line has started to wreak havoc against the supposed "shut down" line of Bergeron. Hawks still have more skill players, and Bergeron is still a huge loss for the Bruins.

Of course, they could both end up playing on Tuesday.

Taser is probably a game time decision?
If both are out, i believe Bergeron is a bigger loss for the bruins. Well i hope.

Thing is, Boston has a couple of dudes who can play the center position well enough, so that partly makes up for the loss. Blackhawks are terrible on faceoffs, and Toews winning % at least keeps that number afloat, not to mention there isn't any other center on the Blackhawks that has 2 way skills like he does.

But yeah, seems like Q is confident Toews will be good to go. Bergeron is listed as day-to-day, so he could possibly go.

That is good to hear. My guess on Bergeron was an upperbody injury, possibly internal bleeding.

Most of the hits on Tays were cheapshots. The hits on Bergeron were clean as f.

Yeah, didn't like that Boychuk hit at all. Could say it was a hockey hit, but he had his hands up. Bruins are hella dirty.

Toews is in for Game 6.

Bergeron also likely to go.

I haven't been on here much at all, but let's just say I love you all anyway and let's win the whole ****ing thing right now.

Please. I can't do a Game 7.

20 minutes left, we need a very strong period. Hopefully the Hawks have it in them to have more energy than Boston.

Crawford needs to stay in his damn crease, FFS. Knew his swashbuckling stick handling was going to bite him in the ass at some point. I blame Marty Turco. FFS.
