17pts/18rbds vs the Miami Heat
17pts/25rbds vs the Orlando Magic
28 pts/16 bds vs OKC Thunder

All the kid needs is PT. Hes going to be an all star caliber PF- Andrei Kirilenko crossed with Camby.

I remember reading during last season that problem with Henson was consistency. He would do one amazing play followed by 2 super (Please Use More Appropriate Word) plays and that's the reason why he didn't get more consistent playing time.

I hadn't heard that. The Bucks board is in love with him, I don't think they would be if he was making a bunch of boneheaded plays

I don't remember if it was Skiles or whoever took over for him who said that but I'm 100% sure I read that article, anyway that wouldn't be a surprise from a rookie midway through his first season, he probably improved a lot by the end of the season and will improve even more during the offseason.

He is a good player and we would've been fine with him if Drummond was taken at #8 or something like that.

Knight has been doing a ton of bonehead plays and our boards has been in love with him

recounting everyones mocks had me thinking who I wanted-

in 09 I wanted Lawson, loved his speed in college & thought we werent in full rebuild yet.
in 10 I DEFINITELY wanted Monroe, Im a Hoya fan. I was on my knees praying for us to get Moose.
in 11 I was a Kemba Walker guy, I also liked Marshon Brooks as a potential late rd guy to trade up for, I still love Marshon Brooks potential.
last year I was all Drummond but didnt think in a million years 8 teams would pass on him, I really liked (still do) Lamb, Barnes & PJ III a ton.

Man, I still am in love with Perry Jones potential.. I honestly like him more than anyone in this draft strictly potential wise. He's another Drummond to me, 6'11, 240, 39 inch vertical. I can teach him a post game with that jaw dropping athleticism.

I was huge on Marshon Brooks as well. I thought he could be the wing scorer we needed. I just hope we find a guy like that in this draft.

I'm surprised to hear about the John Henson boneheaded plays. He seemed to have a pretty high basketball IQ and exhibited a good feel for the game in college. I wonder if the adustment to the size, strength, and speed of the pro game has knocked him out of his comfort zone.

As for Knight, I'm one of those BK7 supporters. lol. For me, the kid's intangibles warrant giving him time to develop. His work ethic, athleticism, competitive drive, professionalism, and overall IQ are usually found in the top players in the league. This third year is a make or break for him. If he doesn't make significant strides, there's no real reason to continue the BK7 as a starter campaign.

Yeah I still like him too but would you be willing to eat that Humpries deal to acquire him though?

I dont know, i'd have to look at Humphries deal, off the top I know nothing about it. He could be a great backup behind Monroe, he can rebound his behind off.

He's on a one year 12 million dollar deal.

I'd have to think about that, i'd probably call OKC & kick the tires on Lamb too.

Jerebko/Singler for Brooks/Hump?

Saves the Nets money, while we get a talent boost.

I don't think that does enough for me. I'm cool going two seconds and stuck for him. I'd like to keep singler in all honesty. Cheap young role players who can play carry value.

I'd do Jerebko for Humphries. I don't know if I'd move Singler for Brooks. I like Singler. He's never going to be a star, but he's going to be extremely cheap for the next couple seasons, and he's the type of glue guy every good team needs.

With Brooks, there's a lot more unknowns as he's bounced in and out of Brooklyn's rotation throughout his NBA career.

But Mr. Ex-Kardashian would give the bench a boost in rebounding and hustle, no question. I believe he only has one year left on his deal as well, so that's a pro.

Or Jerebko/Singler/#37 for Brooks/Hump/#22?

yes its likely that there is a dumba* GM out there that would trade expiring for CV, however to give up CV you would have to give assets

Amen brother, amen.
