I like Ledo but in the secnd he'd be gone. I'm a huge Muscala guy. He'd be a perfect fit for us.

Hey wait, that's not my plan, I was just distributing the minutes to show Pharaoh we are fine with Drummond/Monroe/Green/Jonas taking the 96 big man minutes, this is Pop's plan, you won't see me posting a plan where we acquire Iguodala at all.

The rest of your post is correct.

The plan would include Iggy starting at the 2 for 8 minutes then shifting over to the 3 for the rest of his time for when Monroe/Drummond need rest, which would shift Green over to the 4 leaving the hole at the 3 for Iggy to fill.

Of course, I don't have much opinion on the plan itself since there is no feasible way of getting Green in the first place.

And I wouldn't be too comfortable about Knight being an "obvious" mainstay.

Playing 8 mins at the position youre starting at isnt starting lol

I commented positively on Vege's post for the most part, I wasnt even talking to the palace guy.

Ah I see, my mistake.

A more likely scenario is acquiring Chandler.

I think Boston is going to go for the full tear down. Pierce, KG, Rondo, Green all make over 9 mil a year- I can't see them keeping any of them. I think they will look for instant capspace, young players and picks.

Assuming we draft C.J McCullom (and I think Joe wants him) and then Nate Wolters or another guard at 37:

Sign Iggy to a 3 or 4 year contract worth $12-15 mil...

with him on board we amnesty CV-DNP and open up an extra $8.5 mil in cap space... looking at $13-15 mil to spend

Sign Paul Millsap for 3 or 4 years, paying him $10 mil per - which is the same money he can get in some places but Joe should be able to sell him on our situation

We'd now have 3 big men capable of playing 30 minutes or more... Drummond, Monroe, Millsap! Slava can handle some spot minutes at C while Jerebko can play some minutes at both forward positions.

On the wing we'd have Iggy playing 30+ minutes.... and Singler can handle all the back up minutes at SF

At guard we'd have C.J, Knight and Stuckey all capable of playing 30 minutes and Middleton could play some SG

Drummond 30/Monroe 18
Monroe 16/Millsap 32
Iggy 32/Singler 16
Stuckey 24/Middleton 14/C.J 10
Knight 30/C.J 18

Is it too much of a stretch to think C.J could handle 28 minutes as a rookie?

After this season I'd let Stuckey walk and by then I'd hope Jerebko, Middleton and Singler can take on a bigger role:

Drummond 32/Monroe 16
Monroe 18/Millsap 30
Iggy 18/Singler 16/Jerebko 14
C.J 12/Iggy 12/ Middleton 16/Singler 8
Knight 32/C.J 16

Having Millsap and Iggy here provides an example to the young kids (everyone else!) on how a professional conducts themselves before, during and after games and practices.

Payroll after Monroe's extension would be close to the tax threshold but getting Millsap and Iggy (and C.J) would essentially be us trying to "win now".... while we still groom our kids for domination.

In 3 years time Millsap and Iggy would be at the end of their peak years while everyone else on the roster would be entering their primes.... a passing of the torch situation.

IF Iggy and Millsap didn't get us into the playoffs.... we're screwed! But such is life! I don't think anyone wants to "lose the right way" for another season or 2 even if that's what I'd like to see....

Paying Milsap 10 mill a season would be suicide. He isn't coming to a lotto team to be a back up

It is not my plan and I feel dumber because what you wrote was of biblical stupidity proportions, it beats the CGC post saying Iguodala is a better shooter than Prince.

So congratulations, you currently hold the #1 spot of the dumbest post of all time. I have no idea how you beat CGC to that, it's quite an accomplishment.

You're acting like a real jerk on these boards and it's quite pathetic considering you're bad mouthing people you don't know and would undoubtedly never say to their faces.

If you dig deep enough you will find that every single poster on here has said stupid stuff from time to time (some more than others though lol). Hell, I thought Austin Daye ( )Thomas Robinson and Evan Turner would be star players LOL. I though AI would workout for Detroit, Im sure the list goes on and on. Its better to criticize content than to criticize posters.

Wiffing on players isnt close to the nonsense hes been posting. Everyone wiffs on players.

I criticized content after he criticized me, his content is just so consistently bad that it took 30 seconds to find that stuff. lol

It's different, read what the guy wrote and see if that's not laughable. FWIW Daye could have been a star player, the potential is there.

Cant wait for your next Offseason Plan, maybe max out Mareese Speights & Travis Outlaw.

Bring in Josh Smith to play 8 mins at the 2 but then 30 as a backup at the 4/5.

lol
