GSP do you take a "results-oriented" approach to your assessment? Or do you think there were things about LeBron (eg age, fatigue, wear n tear) that made him worse when he moved to Miami?

IMO the noticeable loss of athleticism in 11 and 12 made him a worse offensive player than he was in his last 2 Cleveland seasons but he was at his best defensively in Miami. In 11 him and Wade I think are equals and even tho Lebron might have been better from an ability POV their skills overlapped and I looked at that with conjunction to their team results. If Lebron had his own team I dont think he would have been good as the last 2 years because of the weight he put on which led to a decrease of offense. His playoff PER in 11 is lower mainly b/c of usage with Wade having the ball a lot and I think his tenure in Miami fatigue has mos def played a factor IMO. Lebrons numbers from the 1st half of the season compared to 2nd half and playoffs in Miami is case of that.

SRS

2004 +0.5
2005 +3.5
2006 +5
2007 +4.5
2008 +5.5
2009 +8
2010 +8
2011 +7
2012 +8
2013 +9

I'm not sure how to weigh his 2013 RS vs his PS. In those last 42 games of the RS when Miami was a +10 SRS team with LeBron averaging 27/8/8 on 67 TS% + great defense, I think LeBron was higher than +9. But I have to factor in his postseason in which his jumper became a bit shaky and it hurt his impact (considering how the Spurs played him, I don't think it goes 7 if LeBron is taking and hitting his jumpers like he did in the RS). So that brings his overall season rating down for me. Still the 2nd or 3rd best peak ever IMO behind Jordan.

I know I missed a few threads in the project, I'll try to get to those soon.
