Ryan Anderson is a better rebounder than Nicholson. Also, Ryan Anderson has more range than Nicholson and is actually more agile than Nicholson.

I wouldn't compare him to Ryan Anderson, but since you guys are, Nicholson has a more versatile offensive repertoire.

Draft express says his best case is Ryan Anderson and his worse case is Craig Brackins.

Best case is Ceiling and Worse case is the floor.

im not saying hes exactly like Ryan anderson but there games do have some common things.

Apparently the Cavs want to "move down a couple of slots" for a 2014 lottery pick. lol. This Cleveland beat writer also says they should call Orlando and try and get a 2014 pick and the #2 for the #1 since Orlando loves Nerlens Noel. Even Bianchi isn't that bad.

Ryan and Andrew has just about nothing common between their games.

Here is what I find funny. At the trade deadline last year, people here were saying that if we didnt get a 1st round pick for JJ Redick, they would go ape ****. When we got Tobias Harris, people insisted that we got hosed.

Why do people continue to insist that if Henny doesnt or does get XYZ for player ABC, it will be a complete ripoff?I think if anything, he has earned some level of "you fans dont know ****, so stop insisting that you know better."

Do I know for sure that Bledsoe is going to be great, and Nicholson isnt? No. But I just think Henny knows better.

me too. i trust henny. he hasn't given us a reason yet to not trust him. if henny feels like bledsoe is going to be special and that's the price thats its going to take to get him, then i'm all for it. he knows way more than any of us on this board do.

Yea, this is a pretty silly comparison. Just look at how many 3's Nicholson took this year and that tells you how similar they are.

If Henny does the deal then that's one thing. For instance if he trade Afflalo, Nicholson, and a 1st round pick for Bledsoe, then he sees something that I don't and of course what I see doesn't compare. But we're talking about rumors here. Hennigan could very well be seeing these trade rumors like a lot of us do. Rip offs.

Just to be clear, I was for trading JJ for just about anything with a pulse. But I think it's pretty pointless to adopt the "Henny knows all" approach on a discussion board. Sort of defeats the point of taking a side and debating things.

Yup, very true. It also doesn't make sense to get all upset over a trade rumor, who knows what the final deal will be or if there even will be one. I swear, some people seem like they are about to jump off a cliff because of this rumor, lol. Same with bringing Cody Zeller in for a second workout, people get all up in arms about that stuff for no reason. I trust Hennigan completely, and I believe he will do what's best for this team. He and his team have proven to be very smart and to do their homework on everything, so I see no reason to doubt them yet.

There's going to be a lot of rumors floating around especially with a draft like this where there are no "sure bets" like a LeBron. Just going to have to see how it all pans out. Our GM has made good moves so far so I have faith that he will make the best moves he can rather than sit back in the war room ordering pizza. I got so frustrated just watching him sitting there hanging out didn't pick up the phone or anything

Yeah and sadly we are paying for the mistakes Otis made even in this draft since the Magic don't have their 2nd round pick which still really pisses me off. There could have been some good first round talent at the pick, but instead we got Justin Harper, lol. Oh well. Speaking of the war room though, I wish that they would do the webcam in there again, but I'm pretty sure they wont. Would be cool to see what it looks like in there with a competent GM and crew working on draft night.

i'd say it's a "you've got until draft night" offer. a move like that could seriously impact who we target. if we've got Bledsoe, then we can take Noel/Bmac with the pick. if we don't have Bledsoe, our next game plan might involve taking or trading down for Burke or McCollum?

Here's another thing that I think about...

Bledsoe in LAC for 2013-14 continues to put up similar numbers.

Bledsoe in ORL for 2013-14 puts up huge numbers.

It's way better for us to give him a new contract when he's a 2014 FA based off his current numbers in LAC than the numbers he would get with us and full playing time.

Well, we risk losing him to another team.

Also, The manangement would have to work out an extension for Bledsoe this summer, based on his numbers with the Clipperss

This is why I say don't get your hopes up for Noel. GMs know exactly how rumors can turn against them. If Henny really wanted Noel, do you think it would leak out that badly?

Henny wants Victor. Get your hearts ready.

I think they're very confident CP3 is staying. No way they do that Doc thing if otherwise. So Henny probably has a plethora of scenarios planned out. Like you said, Bledsoe goes with who, if Noel is off the board, who do we go with, trade down scenarios, etc. I'm intrigued if there is some internal conflict with Henny and the asst. gm who wanted to bring in Afflalo bad. If this was part of their original plan, to move Afflalo, or if Henny is sort of trading off Perry's project guy after just a season.
